At the November 12, fundraiser for the West Louisville Chess Club we are raising money to later buy chess equipment, clocks, training materials, etc.
The fundraiser is called, THE URBAN BOOK SALE, semi-annual and takes place at Launch Louisville, 816 East Broadway on November 12, Saturday, 11 am. Bring an appetite because we are selling affordable concessions.
The first 30 students from Title One schools receive TWO FREE BOOKS. That is correct- if your son or daughter attends a Title One school, and they are among the first 30 to come out November 12, they can choose TWO FREE BOOKS.
